Job summary

The Talbot Group in Navan, Co Meath is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our Adults Residential Service. You will provide personal care, emotional support, and assist residents with daily activities, while promoting independence and dignity. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

We offer competitive pay (€15.15–€17.15 per hour) with an additional €1.50 per hour on Sundays, plus flexible shifts, ongoing training, and a friendly, inclusive team culture that values your contribution.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 or equivalent
• Experience in care is welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
