Job summary

Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited in Ireland is hiring full-time Health Care Assistants at our Ratoath site to lead care teams during shifts and maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include implementing personalized care plans, fostering teamwork, and aiding with comfort, hygiene and safe practices. FETAC Level 5 in Care of the Elderly and manual handling training are preferred; 1+ year of HC assistant experience is advantageous.

Qualifications
