Search Talent is partnering with an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to recruit an HSEQ Advisor for its Cork operations. You'll join an experienced HSEQ team and work across multiple active projects in the Cork region, gaining strong mentorship and clear progression.

The role covers site safety audits, RAMS development, incident investigation, environmental and sustainability initiatives, and driving a positive safety culture across sites, with travel between project

Qualifications

• Degree/qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction safety environments (civil, utilities, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Site safety audits and inspections.

You'll join an experienced HSEQ team and work across a variety of active projects throughout the Cork region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a grounding in construction safety but wants greater project exposure, strong mentorship and a clear opportunity to progress.

The Role

Working alongside experienced HSEQ professionals, you'll be involved in:

• Site safety audits and inspections
• Supporting HSEQ management across multiple Cork projects

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

• A degree/qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline
• Previous H&S/HSEQ experience within construction, civil engineering, utilities or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence dealing with site teams and contractors
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to Health & Safety
• Full driving licence
