The Head of Digital Content Experience leads global digital content excellence across our direct ecommerce and online retail channels. This strategic role is responsible for shaping, producing, optimizing, and publishing digital content that engages users, drives business results, and ensures seamless customer experiences across digital channels. This important role leads global teams in operational excellence while also championing bold creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and audience engagement. You’ll balance process and imagination, ensuring scalable workflows and content governance, but also inspiring original digital experiences for our ecommerce platforms and retail partners.
