Job summary

The Citco Group Limited seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the technical strategy, architecture, and automation across the department. You will guide containerization initiatives, IaC practices, and self-service capabilities, while mentoring engineers and partnering with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
• Experience leading or mentoring within a team.
• Hands-on with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux).
• CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins or similar).
• Scripting in Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for automation and container platforms.
• Lead self-service capabilities enabling teams to provision IT services.
• Design and manage IaC across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Oversee Kubernetes adoption, workloads migration, and Helm charts.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and APIs.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.
