Job description

We are hiring a Content Lead for Overpath.

Overpath is the operating system for modern revenue teams. We are building AI driven sales agents for sales organisations. We're pre-revenue, but moving very quickly. Both founders have built companies before.

We're looking for someone who can help us tell the story as we build this company from the ground up. This is our first commercial hire, and key member of the first team. It's not a marketing role. It is a creative and production role. You will work directly with the co-founders and you will shape how Overpath is positioned.

The work will be hands on. Shooting. Editing. Capturing the real moments. Turning raw conversations into short and long form content. Using motion graphics to elevate the brand. Building a rhythm we can scale when our Head of Marketing joins in Q1.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can shoot and edit
• Has motion design skills
• Knows how to create great founder-led social content
• Can create content quickly
• Has a portfolio that shows taste, pacing, and craft

What you will do:

• Capture behind the scenes Overpath content
• Shoot weekly founder content
• Shoot podcasts style interviews
• Edit short social clips and longer narrative pieces
• Shape the tone and visual identity of our content
• Work directly with the founders on creative direction

This role is based in Dublin. Hybrid is fine but we need regular in person shoots.
