• Represent the practice through thought leadership, executive briefings and industry events.

Role overview:

AI is redefining how organisations operate, compete and grow. We are looking for an exceptional leader to build and scale the next generation of Microsoft’s AI business in Ireland and helping clients move beyond pilots to unlock real enterprise value.

This is more than a delivery role. You will shape our AI strategy, influence C-suite conversations, deepen our Microsoft partnership, develop market-leading AI offerings, and build a world-class AI engineering team to drive transformative outcomes across industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and strategy of our Microsoft AI practice in Ireland.
• Shape AI transformation agendas with senior client and Microsoft stakeholders.

Azure AI Services & Azure OpenAI, Agentic AI and AI orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation, observability and safety, Enterprise integration and API architectures, Python and cloud-native engineering, Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and modern data platforms, MLOps, MLflow and Kubernetes.
