Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a Head Kitchen Porter to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care in a busy catering environment. This full-time role offers daytime hours and opportunities to progress within a supportive, people-focused organisation.

You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with responsibilities across kitchen cleanliness, loading deliveries, and adherence to food hygiene and health and safety guidelines.

Job description

As a Head Kitchen Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. This role is a full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensure the kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanlines
• Assisting, when required, with the loading or unloading of deliveries & supply vehicles
• Following food hygiene, and Health & Safety guidelines in line with training which is provided
• Ensuring the safety of customers by, for instance, placing and removing signage that indicates wet floors or paints
