Kongu cuisine is celebrated for its rustic charm and signature dishes such as Kari Dosa, Pallipalayam Chicken, Kongu-style biryanis, and millet-based preparations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a culinary team in Dublin and bring authentic South Indian flavors to a diverse and growing audience.
