Job summary

Americold Dublin is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and service targets are met. Reporting to the Warehouse Production Manager, you will provide visible leadership on the production floor and manage team performance.

The role requires a strong floor presence, overseeing workloads, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Hours: 5 days over 7, with variable shifts from 8am–9pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team-leader role in production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or food environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor with hands-on leadership.
• Coordinate daily workloads, staffing and priorities.
• Monitor performance, address underperformance, promote high standards.
• Identify and remove barriers to productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety and SOPs.
