Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring the leisure club operates in a guest and member‑focused manner.
• Dealing with members in a mannerly and courteous way.
• Answering the phone and performing reception duties.
• Quickly responding to any queries or requests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Adhering to all operational activities to ensure the facility runs smoothly and meets operational guidelines.
• Carrying out pool tests to ensure safe chemical levels within the pool.
• Carrying out hourly check‑lists to ensure the facility meets cleanliness standards.
• Deep cleaning of the changing rooms each evening at the end of shift.
• Maintaining a clean plant room and ensuring chemicals are topped up.
• Giving demonstrations on all equipment in the gym to new and existing members.
• Actively seeking ways to improve members’ classes experience.
