The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a Gym Instructor to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.

As a Gym Instructor with the Glenroyal Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the member and guest experiences of our fitness and leisure offering.

Qualifications

• English fluency in written and spoken.
• Certificate in Fitness instruction.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7.
• Lifeguarding certification or swim teacher certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop training programmes for members and guests.
• Leading fitness classes.
• Provide personalised guidance to all clients.
• Follow all health & safety protocols.
• Provide help to members in the gym, pool and front desk.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• High level of written & spoken English
• Certificate in Fitness instruction
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, up to 5 days over 7
• Lifeguarding certification or swim teacher certification is a distinct advantage
