Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests, help with check‑in/check‑out, answer questions and ensure smooth operation of guest services.

You will join a friendly team with training opportunities. The role pays €15.11 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over every 4‑week period. Shifts run between 8am and 9pm, with Sunday premium rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or willingness to learn guest services processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Calm, friendly, and quick to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with booking systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and welcome them to the village.
• Answer questions by phone and in person.
• Log maintenance issues and assist with activity bookings.
