• Experienced in fast-growth and development-led environments.
• Willing to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.

JMK Group is an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.

We are now recruiting a highly experienced Group General Manager to oversee our hotel portfolio across the UK and Ireland.

This role will have overall responsibility for the operational performance, leadership culture, and commercial success of all JMK Group hotels.

With three new hotels opening in Q1 2026 and a strong pipeline of further developments, this is a senior leadership role with genuine scale, influence, and long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to all General Managers across the portfolio
• Drive commercial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance
• Support and lead new hotel openings and pre-opening activity
• Ensure brand standards across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG hotels in our portfolio
• Partner with the Head of Operations on strategy, execution, and growth
• Embed strong culture, talent development, and succession planning
• Identify efficiencies, best practice, and performance improvement opportunities

About You
