Job summary

MCS Group is working with an established technology services business expanding its cyber consultancy offering in Ireland. This customer-facing advisory role focuses on governance, risk, compliance and operational resilience rather than hands-on technical work.

Based in Dublin, the position requires three days on-site each week with occasional travel across Ireland. You will lead engagements from discovery to delivery, advise senior stakeholders on NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001, and help develop

Qualifications

• Substantial cyber consultancy/advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/EU regulatory landscape.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through to delivery and executive reporting.
• Conduct cyber risk, maturity and regulatory gap assessments.
• Advise customers on NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Facilitate workshops with boards, senior leaders and risk owners.
• Produce practical improvement plans and remediation roadmaps.
• Support proposals, pre-sales activity and the development of junior consultants.
