Job summary

Singapore Recreation Club is seeking a graphic designer to create engaging visuals across branding, packaging, social media, and digital campaigns. You will ensure brand consistency, produce compelling content, and contribute to marketing campaigns with strong illustration and branding insight.

The role requires working on mobile shoots, product styling, and collaboration with printers, supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Media or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and have strong initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for branding, packaging, social media, digital campaigns, in-store collaterals, and presentation decks.
• Handle mobile photoshoots, product, and food styling for digital platforms.
• Liaise with printers regarding production requirements and print quality.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and compliance with brand guidelines across all visual content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Assist in event photography during club events when required.
• Stay updated with design trends to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
• Follow workplace safety and health rules implemented at the workplace.
• Not engage in any unsafe act; use personal protective equipment as required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/ Management

Job Purpose

The graphic designer should possess proven design experience, displaying the ability to work onaesthetically pleasing andfun designsas well as ideating new concepts.

He/ She will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to overall Marketing & Design campaigns. This role requiresstrong illustration skills, an understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for branding, packaging, social media, digital campaigns, in-store collaterals, and presentation decks
2. Handle mobile photoshoots, product, and food styling for digital platforms

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
6. Assist in event photography during club events when required
7. Stay updated with design trends to keep visuals fresh, impactful, and engaging
8. Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
9. Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
10. Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/ Management
