Jacobs Graduate Development Program (GDP) offers a two-year path to accelerate your career in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering. You’ll engage in blended learning, mentoring, and networking while building capability across human, consulting, and strategic skills.

You’ll work on high-profile projects in semiconductor manufacturing and state-of-the-art facilities, collaborating with industry leaders to deliver complex design services from programming to construction support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-discipline design teams on semiconductor manufacturing projects and other advanced facilities.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, long-range planning studies, and design development.
• Work with a manager/mentor to gain practical project experience on real-world projects.

Education

Master’s level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
