This role offers exposure to industry standards such as ECSS and MIL-STD, hands-on use of ANSYS and Zemax, and collaboration with senior engineers to refine designs while growing your professional skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, optical, or aerospace engineering.
• Experience with FEA software or coursework.
• Willingness to learn in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support STOP analysis for spaceborne optical systems.
• Develop and run analysis workflows under environmental loads.
• Perform FEA and thermal simulations with guidance.
• Integrate results into optical performance models.
• Prepare documentation and verification records.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement design changes.
• Learn ECSS and MIL-STD space industry standards.
