Susquehanna is seeking recent or upcoming PhD and research master's graduates to join its quantitative research graduate programme in Dublin. The programme combines education with hands-on trading games and project work, covering modelling, back-testing, implementation, and monitoring under the guidance of senior traders and researchers.

Successful candidates are research-minded and analytical, with strong communication skills, and will join a team that teaches you everything needed to succeed
