The program begins with a multiweek education designed to build a broad understanding of your role in quantitative trading. After completion, you’ll be placed on a trading team aligned with your interests and background for a strong start to your career.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s student in final year in a quantitative/STEM field (e.g., CS, CE, Math, Data Science).
• Strong software development skills in C++, C, or Rust with Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to trading systems engineering and low-latency C++ strategy development.
• Work on high-performance C++ libraries enabling large-scale quantitative research and data processing.
• Collaborate with senior developers to build reliable, performant trading systems.
• Participate in a multiweek education program before joining a trading team.
