Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is offering a Graduate Digital Project Solutions Coordinator role in Ireland. You will contribute to the digital delivery of major construction projects and work onsite with project teams to implement BIM, data analysis and digital processes throughout the project lifecycle.

You will gain practical experience, develop your technical skills and progress through a structured development programme with mentorship from our Early Careers Team. Summer 2027 graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

  • Be studying towards, or have recently completed, a relevant degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Information Modelling, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or another Built Environment discipline or a related discipline at an Irish third-level institution or university.
  • Be due to graduate in Summer 2027 or have recently graduated.
  • Have a genuine interest in digital technologies and innovation within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be eager to learn, broaden your experience and take on responsibility.
  • Have strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Be comfortable working with digital systems, technology and data.
  • Have a desire to continue developing your technical knowledge and digital expertise.

About The Role

As a Graduate Digital Project Solutions Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the digital delivery of some of Ireland's most exciting construction and infrastructure projects.


This is an onsite role, providing the opportunity to work alongside project teams, engineers, designers and digital specialists, you will help drive the use of digital tools, systems and processes that improve collaboration, efficiency and project performance across the project lifecycle.


You will gain practical experience in areas such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital design coordination, information management, data analysis, project systems and digital construction technologies, while building a strong understanding of how digital innovation is transforming the construction industry.


This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, strengthen your problem-solving skills and gain valuable experience supporting projects from design through to delivery.


Supported by experienced colleagues and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you will take on real responsibility from day one while building the knowledge, skills and experience needed for a successful career in Digital Project Solutions

Travel Requirements
