What does a Graduate Health & Safety advisor do at BAM?

As part of our H&S team, you will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in safety, one of our top priorities. You will work closely with site teams to promote a culture of safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop innovative solutions to keep our people and partners safe. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact every single day.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.

You should be studying for (or have just completed) a relevant degree in Health & Safety at an Irish third-level institute or University.

You will have Graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in Summer 2026.
