Ascension Executive Recruitment is seeking a technically minded Graduate Field Service Engineer in Ireland. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of customer equipment across client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and validate equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing activities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical faults.
• Complete fault‑finding activities accurately and efficiently.
• Provide technical support and training to customers where required.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
• Support senior engineers during customer visits and larger installation projects.
• Develop technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
