Job summary

Stantec, a global engineering consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Energy Engineer to join our Ireland graduate cohort in 2027. Based in Dublin, Galway, Castlebar or Cork, you’ll contribute to energy, water and environmental projects under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience from planning and design through to on-site implementation, building technical and collaboration skills while working in a supportive, inclusive team that values your potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (level 7+).
• Adaptable to changing tasks and environments.
• Perseverant with confidence and determination.
• Strong communication and teamwork across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge conventional thinking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions for water, wastewater, energy and environmental projects.
• Participate in planning to on-site implementation of projects.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and mentors.
• Possibly travel to sites; driver’s license advantageous.
