Stantec is seeking a Graduate Energy Engineer to join our 2027 cohort across Ireland—Dublin, Galway, Castlebar, and Cork. You will deliver solutions for water, wastewater, energy and environmental management projects, working with mentors to develop professionally.

You will gain hands-on experience from planning and design to on-site implementation, supported by a collaborative team that values your potential and supports your long-term career at Stantec.

Qualifications

• Qualified with a Third level degree qualification (level 7+ in the National Framework of Qualifications) in Engineering, ideally specialising in Energy, Civil, Electrical or a related field.
• An adapter: you’re able to remain calm in new and changing situations, comfortably switching between a variety of dynamic and exciting tasks.
• A Perseverer: you stay composed in the face of setbacks, approaching challenges with confidence and determination.
