Designer Group Ltd is seeking Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our growing teams with multiple positions available for immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Electrical Engineering graduates to build a career with a leading international mechanical and electrical contractor.

You will gain hands-on experience across live projects, working alongside experienced engineers, project teams, and site leadership, with a two-year graduate programme offering mentoring,

Qualifications

• Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in electrical building services, M&E contracting and construction project delivery.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from experienced engineers and project leaders.
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in both office and site-based environments.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.

Responsabilités

• Supporting project teams with the delivery of electrical services from early-stage planning through to installation, testing and commissioning.
• Assisting with technical reviews, drawings, specifications, submittals and project documentation.
• Working with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams to support safe and efficient project delivery.
• Supporting quality, safety and compliance requirements across electrical works.
• Assisting with progress tracking, reporting, materials coordination and issue resolution.
• Developing practical knowledge of M&E contracting, construction sequencing, programme requirements and client expectations.
• Building your technical understanding of electrical systems, site coordination, project delivery and engineering best practice.
• Participating in training, mentoring and continuous professional development as part of your graduate journey.
