TTM Healthcare Solutions, a leading healthcare talent specialist in Ireland, is seeking a Graduate Data Analyst & Power BI Developer to join our Ennis team. The role offers hands-on work in data analytics, BI, and reporting, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have a keen interest in data analytics, reporting, and BI development. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ennis with hybrid work options available,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant data/BI field or closely related discipline.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Interest in data analytics, reporting and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

Gather, cleanse, validate and analyse data from approved business sources.
Produce regular and ad hoc operational, workforce, financial and product reports.
Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using agreed standards.
Support data models, measures, visuals and reporting solutions.
Test reports for accuracy, performance and usability.
Assist with report publishing, refresh monitoring and user feedback processes.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain data quality.
Investigate data issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
