Job summary

Roadstone seeks Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Road Contracts Division and gain hands-on experience in planning, execution and management of road construction projects. Work closely with seasoned engineers to deliver road infrastructure for major clients.

Participants will receive one-on-one mentorship, leadership development in Year 1 delivered by the Ibec Academy and TU Dublin accreditation, plus health and safety certification in Year 2.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Clean driving licence required; company vehicle supplied.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, organised and results driven with ability to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and progress health, safety and environmental standards.
• Learn operation and maintenance requirements of mobile and fixed plant.
• Oversee safety and productivity in projects.
• Contribute to sustainability or efficiency improvement projects.
• Assist in planning road surfacing projects with proper documentation.
