Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Ireland team across Dublin, Galway, Cork, Castlebar. As part of our graduate cohort for 2027, you will work on water, wastewater, energy and environmental projects, gaining hands-on experience from planning to on-site implementation.

You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals, develop your technical and professional skills, and have opportunities for progression toward chartership within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified or soon to be qualified with a third-level degree in Civil Engineering (Level 7+).
• Driver's licence would be an advantage for site visits.
• Right to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.

We are currently seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Graduate cohort in 2027.

Your role will be crucial in delivering solutions for our clients across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management projects. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to mentor and guide you.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, from the planning and design phases to on-site implementation, gaining hands-on experience that will fast-track your career.
