Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality/tourism/golf industry is advantageous.
• Experience in sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of current popular social media and online marketing platforms.
• Full driving license and car is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries and preparing bespoke vacation package proposals.
• Booking hotels, golf courses, transportation for vacation packages.
• Monitoring client tour status and updating itineraries.
• Preparing vacation information packs.
• Recording payments and managing accounting entries.
• Assisting other team members with general office duties.
• Conducting marketing functions via social media and online campaigns.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Participating in travel opportunities and familiarisation trips.
