Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Golang, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and high-performance systems to join a global payments technology environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable payment solutions, driving technical architecture, and providing technical leadership to distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Golang for global payment platforms.
• Architect and optimize high-performance systems capable of handling large transaction volumes and low-latency processing.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and gRPC-based services.
• Drive technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of complex enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automate infrastructure using Terraform.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.
• Implement secure development and infrastructure practices, including PAM and Teleport.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to engineers across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Golang (Go).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins / CI-CD.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform; Ansible or Chef is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application development and infrastructure.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Python is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of security and access management, including PAM/Teleport
