Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring an Instrumentation Specialist/Technician at Cruiserath to perform calibration, maintenance and testing of instrumentation in GMP and non-GMP areas, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted product supply.

You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering and external vendors, manage PM programmes, derive improvements, and maintain accurate documentation within CMMS, supporting risk assessments and safe plans of action.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Instrumentation or Calibration or related Engineering, or 5+ years of directly relevant GMP maintenance or engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Trade qualification and/or relevant technical certification desirable; GMP or regulated‑industry certifications considered advantageous.
• Experience in instrumentation, calibration, maintenance, reliability, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on instrumentation across GMP and non‑GMP areas and support equipment to ensure regulatory compliance and uninterrupted product supply.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and audit readiness; maintain documentation according to CMMS and quality standards.
• Identify equipment reliability concerns and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
• Complete maintenance work orders safely on time and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP/job plan development.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and external vendors; share technical knowledge and train colleagues.
