Job summary

A global IT services provider in County Cork is seeking an engineer to provide administration and technical support for the Empower system in a GMP regulated environment. The role requires expertise in Empower, problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position involves troubleshooting, project administration, and enhancing system functionalities to meet user requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Empower Superuser/Administrator role.
• Experience with Empower interface to other lab software systems such as LIMS is an advantage.
• Hands-on proficiency with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC and GC.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and technical support to Empower in a GMP regulated environment.
• Perform system administration maintenance tasks including project creation and audit trail review.
• Troubleshoot instrument connectivity issues and custom field calculations.
