Job summary

Amazon Ireland is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead end-to-end WAN circuit design, procurement, and deployment for scalable Fulfillment Center networks in Ireland. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and engineering teams to define requirements, manage schedules, and drive timely decisions.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, risk management, and data-driven improvements across EU vendor reviews and cross-functional programs within a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking.
• Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an interface for the entire life cycle (Order, budget and tracking) of wireless, voice and data circuits.
• Obtain circuit quotes based on validated customer requirements.
• Define infrastructure requirements and dependencies for mature technical products.
• Ensure circuit sizing, installation, and augmentation meet all policies and guidelines.
• Manage projects, identify risks, and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Ask technical questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs when delivering infrastructure builds.
• Make trade-offs: time vs. scope vs. cost; clear blockers and mitigate risks.
• Adapt infrastructure builds to varying scenarios.
• Coordinate across teams and influence roadmap priorities and engineering processes.
• Facilitate conflict resolution through full project cycle in disparate locations.
• Generate and deliver status reports for IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Attend vendor quarterly business reviews across EU.
• Improve project and process efficiency; optimize cross-team processes.
