Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment seeks a Technical Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of customer projects from initial requirements gathering to delivery. The role links customers, suppliers and the delivery team to ensure alignment with internal processes.

The successful candidate will manage planning, risk, cost control and schedule adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams on site in Cork. Training and growth opportunities accompany a stable, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant engineering/project management experience.
• Technical PM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (FDA, GAMP, 21CFR11).

Responsibilities

• Link between customer, external suppliers and project delivery team.
• Define and adjust the Requirements Specification of the project during commercial meetings.
• Perform formal handover meeting with the KAM and align with customer PM after order.
• Produces a Project Schedule in Leanplan, allocating resources and timing to tasks.
• Reports progress and updates to the customer on delivery dates to installation.
• Monitor costs and ensure changes are commercially viable and documented.
