Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full‑cycle recruitment across Europe and APAC. You will partner with hiring managers, source top tech talent, and manage multiple requisitions across countries and time zones.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job boards to build strong pipelines, conduct thorough interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while complying with GDPR and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in technology.
• Experience recruiting within the technology sector.
• Strong sourcing across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software and services environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a multinational environment.
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and talent market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across Europe and APAC.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical and business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking platforms, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess candidate experience, technical capability, cultural alignment, and motivation.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, GDPR requirements, and company recruitment policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within UKG and other talent acquisition systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities across Europe and APAC.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
