Job summary

MSD is offering a Global Talent Acquisition internship designed to kickstart a career in the pharmaceutical industry. You will contribute to recruitment activities, assist with candidate screening and interviews, and support Ireland branding across print, social media and radio.

As part of a diverse, global team, you will help design and run Future Talent initiatives for 2027/2028, collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, and gain exposure to project work in a large multinational

• Working towards a HR qualification or relevant discipline.
• Interest in working in a large matrix healthcare organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support in the recruitment process including candidate screening, competency-based interviews and other adhoc duties.
• Supporting all Ireland branding initiatives across print, social media and radio.
• Participate in designing and implementing of our 2027/2028 Future Talent activities such as hosting webinars, supporting events, and be a team member of the Ireland Future Talent coordination team.
• Engage with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners on project initiatives and support the team where required.
• Having experience or interest in creating digital branding materials an advantage.

Not only will you learn skills both technical and professional but work on projects to support the Talent Acquisition team to continue to attract talent for our business. • Support in the recruitment process including candidate screening, competency-based interviews and other adhoc duties
• Supporting all Ireland branding initiatives across print, social media and radio
