Job summary

Crane is seeking a Global Supply Chain Leader for Panametrics to guide the sourcing function, implement global strategies, and manage supplier partnerships. The role involves leading a team, driving performance metrics, and coordinating with regional teams to meet delivery and quality targets.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in sourcing, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel about 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5+ years of experience in a Sourcing position.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex situations daily.
• Negotiation expertise is preferred.
• CPM or APICS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing teams and drive a global sourcing strategy.
• Execute and deliver a Global sourcing strategy meeting Panametrics business needs.
• Manage purchasing and contract administration for ITO, NPI, logistics, and strategic sourcing.
• Drive OTD and quality improvements with regional leadership.
• Develop supplier partnerships and productivity improvements across the supply chain.
• Provide evaluation of suppliers and ensure regulatory and reputational compliance.
