Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Regulatory Affairs in Athlone, Ireland. This role requires strong leadership in global regulatory operations and strategic oversight of compliance processes. The candidate will build and lead teams, ensuring effective governance and operational excellence.

The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience. This role also requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive change within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Regulatory Affairs or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale process improvements.
• Capability to establish governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of UDI and regulatory data.
