• Education: MBA or advanced qualifications in Procurement/Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in Procurement/Category Management in Packaging within Pharma/Bio-Pharma.
• Experience: Global category strategy development and supplier relationship management.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Global Category Strategies for Global Packaging materials.
• Negotiate contracts to support packaging category strategies.
• Lead SRM governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality/EHS and GMT for compliance and supplier performance.
• Manage supplier risk, cost reduction, and NPI support for packaging materials.
