Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Tax Advisor for a Top 10 accounting firm. You will work across a wide network, advising multinational clients on cross-border payroll, tax and mobility issues with real client contact and growth opportunities.

You will design strategies, manage cross-border tax programmes, and collaborate with legal, immigration, and tax teams to deliver integrated solutions across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employment tax, global mobility or expatriate tax.
• CTA or AITI or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of PAYE, social security coordination and cross-border assignment structuring.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment tax, social security and personal tax issues from cross-border work.
• Design global mobility and workforce tax strategies and provide guidance on tax equalisation and compliance frameworks.
• Manage employment tax aspects of mobility programmes across jurisdictions; spot risks early.
• Deliver training and thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
