Job summary

The role requires 5+ years MES experience in life sciences, leadership of regional teams, and strong OT knowledge for process execution. Hybrid/global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Science preferred).
• 5+ years MES experience in manufacturing life sciences.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience with SAP integration in MES context.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams across a global organization.

• Develop and execute maintenance plan to deliver change execution windows and drive continuous process improvement.
