Diageo is seeking a Global Category Specialist in Global Marketing to lead procurement strategy across A&P for multiple markets. You will partner with Global Brand Teams to shape budgets, consolidate agency workplans and unlock value through regional collaboration.

You will drive digital procurement adoption, manage complex portfolios, and influence senior stakeholders across regions to deliver growth and efficiency for iconic brands.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years in global or multi‑market A&P procurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑regional programs across brands.
• Strong data‑driven decision making and commercial sense.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across senior teams.
• Experience with digital procurement tools and AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic GBT partnering to drive brand investments and value.
• Bridge GBTs and Regional Procurement for aligned execution.
• Co‑lead cross‑regional briefing and scoping activities.
• Oversee integrated agency ecosystems and structures.
• Develop forward-looking agency workplans across brands & markets.
• Drive sourcing, negotiations and commercial excellence.
• Governance, risk management and performance tracking.
