Job summary

HRM Search Partners, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our International Operations team at our Dublin HQ.

The role involves end-to-end assignments for senior leaders across global Life Sciences markets, with emphasis on the U.S., Canada and key European regions; travel internationally is an essential component.

You will partner with the Managing Director, develop market relationships, and help build our international practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Search or consultancy delivering senior-level retained solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build international markets.
• Able to operate across cultures, time zones, and business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior leadership across international Life Sciences markets.
• Partner with the Managing Director - International Operations on client mandates and expansion.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' strategies and leadership needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across pharma, biotech, medical devices and related sectors.
• Collaborate with Research Team for market analysis and targeted headhunting across geographies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout confidential searches.
