Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an Information Security Program Manager to drive a portfolio of global transformation initiatives across its CIS function. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, define milestones, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements such as DORA and NIS2.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, high workload management, and independent decision-making while promoting information security awareness across business processes and IT.

Qualifications

• University degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in information security or IT with leadership in security changes.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory requirements in financial sector (DORA, NIS2).
• Agile mindset with ability to manage high workload and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of global information security programs and projects.
• Define milestones, KPIs, and success criteria; allocate resources and budget.
• Report progress and quality of deliverables with transparency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
• Provide information security and program management consulting to IT and safeguarding functions.
• Promote knowledge of information security requirements across business processes.
