Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with HRMS applications.
  • Experience with ATS – iCIMS preferred.
  • Understanding of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for HR topics.
  • Triage and respond to HR tickets.
  • Ensure SLAs/KPIs in HR Shared Services are met.
