Job summary

McDermott Laboratories Limited seeks a Head of Global Engineering Steriles Operations to provide strategic leadership for engineering, facilities, utilities, projects and capacity expansion across the sterile network.

You will drive quality, safety, cost optimization and regulatory readiness while leading capital and OPEX budgets and enabling plant-wide performance improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical facilities, utilities and engineering systems.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience with injectables manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, facilities, utilities and capital project activities across sterile manufacturing locations.
• Prioritise Quality and Safety across engineering activities for internal and external collaborators.
• Drive Lean/Operational Excellence and Digital transformation across engineering to improve asset performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory, safety and environmental compliance.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching and succession planning.
