Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a reliable team player to support the European accounting team based in Letterkenny. You will manage day-to-day general accounting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP for a PGIM Ireland BU, including GL reconciliation, intercompany invoicing, and liaising with shared services.

The role offers a secure position with opportunities for training and development, involvement in annual audits, and exposure to board reporting, with a supportive environment and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• A professional accounting qualification or part qualified.
• Experience of reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US-GAAP.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a control framework, including documentation of controls.
• Experience of audits with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Participate in annual audit process.
• Prepare intercompany and third-party invoicing and monitor receipts.
• Maintain control framework and document processes and controls.
• Participate in BU forecast processes and variance reporting.
• Contribute to projects to improve processes, reporting and controls.
