Qualifications

  • 5+ years PQE with strong experience in financial and external reporting.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and markets.
  • In-depth understanding of statutory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong business acumen combined with planning and project management skills.
  • Broad financial experience with a challenger mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Establish governance frameworks for accurate reporting.
  • Lead development of secondary ledgers for compliance.
  • Integrate compliance processes into shared services model.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders for compliance.
  • Oversee Board approval processes and manage relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline statutory reporting.
