Job summary

Kerry, the world''s leading taste and nutrition company, seeks a Legal Associate - Ethics & Compliance Programme Management to join our Business Integrity and Legal Operations team in Ireland. Reporting to the Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager, you will help embed policies, processes, and governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Law, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or related field.
• Experience in legal, compliance, governance or programme coordination.
• Experience supporting policies, approvals, workflows, registers, or disclosures.
• Exposure to ethics and compliance topics such as COI, gifts & entertainment, anti-bribery, lobbying, or competition law.
• Experience working across functions, geographies in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support management and improvement of COI and Gifts & Entertainment policies, procedures, guidance, communications, and training.
• Coordinate global compliance disclosures including intake, risk assessment, review, approvals, escalations, records, and closure.
• Assess disclosures against risk criteria and identify matters needing enhanced review or escalation.
• Support political engagement and lobbying compliance activities, including pre-approvals and reporting.
• Help drive Kerry's Fair Competition Programme through policy governance, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate annual compliance campaigns and awareness initiatives across key topics.
• Respond to employee queries and provide practical guidance on policies and procedures.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Procurement, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Global Business Services, and regional teams for consistent standards.
• Contribute to broader Business Integrity initiatives, including risk assessments, audit readiness and horizon scanning.
